When my wife came home after a long day of work, she discovered our home had been flooded. She called me devastated to tell me what happened and I had remember meeting someone from ServiceMaster Total Restoration and decided to give them a call. The staff in the office was friendly and helpful. A technician came to our home within the hour and after he explained to us what would be done he quickly began the drying process on our two story home. Fernando handled the dry out very professionally and once the dry out was performed the reconstruction team came in, assessed the work that needed to be performed and started repairs. The workmanship was top notch and the repair technicians were very polite and respectful. When we called our insurance carrier they were glad to know ServiceMaster was on the job and reconfirmed that they were one of their approved vendors. The entire team at ServiceMaster Total Restoration has been helpful and considerate during this entire ordeal. Thank you ServiceMaster.
