John Holder joined the ServiceMaster team in October in 2001 and started in the position of water damage technician. John served in that role for two and a half years with hands on experience that gave him a very knowledgeable base to work from. John then became a crew chief over other water damage technicians for another two years and oversaw each job. John has now held the role of DR (disaster restoration) manager and leads the water damage mitigation division. John holds certifications in WRT (Water Restoration Technician) and ASD (Applied Structural Drying).
